Select your dream bag from our collection and check availability on the booking calendar. All prices are based on a 4day rental and include delivery/return tracked courier postage.
The booking calendar indicates availability. When selecting the dates for your rental you will notice 4 consecutive days will be booked from your start date. The start date will be the day you receive the bag. If you have a Saturday or Sunday event you are required to select Friday as your start date. The bag will then need to be returned on Monday. If you have any questions around this check our FQA's or send us a quick message via Instagram or Facebook and we will be happy to answer any questions you have.
When proceeding to the check out you will be required to complete a registration form. Please note no bookings will be accepted without a completed registration form. The form requires both Photo Identification and proof of your home address. Please see full details in our T&C's.
Once your booking has been completed you will receive email confirmation of all details. Your bag will then be delivered to you by tracked courier, it will arrive at your chosen SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT on the start date of your booking. Please note ALL couriers will need to be signed for so it is important your shipping address will have someone available to sign for the package. If no one is available to sign for the package it will be redirected and you will be required to collect the package from a NZ post store. If this results in your bag not being available for your event no refunds or credits will be offered in this instance.
Your bag will arrive in time to try it on with your outfit. We know you will feel a million dollars with your stunning bag at your side and trust you will love it as much as we do. If for some reason you are unhappy with the bag this must be communicated to MDH at the time of receiving the bag.
We ask that you take great care of the bag as if it were your own or you had borrowed it from your best friend. In saying this we understand accidents can happen and ask that you communicate any issues promptly and do not try to clean or repair the bag yourself in anyway as this could easily cause more damage.
When completing the registration form you will be required to read and agree to the My Designer Handbag T&C's. Please read these carefully as they outline any late returns, damage, loss and stolen penalty fees.
Returning your bag at the end of our rental is super easy. The lovely MDH box your bag arrived in is yours to keep, we're sure you'll find it perfect to keep your favourite things in. Just pop the handbag ( in it's dust bag ) into the pre paid addressed courier satchel provided and drop it in at a NZ post shop. You must ensure the satchel is scanned and request a proof of receipt, please see our T&C's for more details.
