What services does My Designer Handbag currently offer?

MDH offers 4day rentals, all prices are based on this 4day service.  All bookings will cover 4 consecutive days, which 4 days is up to you.  If you are wanting a bag for a extended period of time please get in touch with us and we will make it happen.

Are MDH items authentic ?

We guarantee all of our items are authentic.  We do not imitate !

How often will MDH be receiving new items?

We plan to add new additions to the collection monthly.  We promise to keep up to date with current trends to ensure your wardrobe is constantly evolving.

How can we stay up to date with the latest MDH releases ?

When and how will I be charged?

You will be charged for the full rental amount at the time of making your booking.

Are there any delivery costs or other hidden costs?

There are no hidden costs! Your delivery rate will be selected at checkout depending on your location - North Island or South Island. Return postage of your bag is free.  A pre paid, addressed, return courier satchel is provided.

How do I return my item ?

All items come with a prepaid, addressed, return courier satchel. Simply place your bag ( in it’s dust bag ) in the satchel,  seal securely and drop at your local NZ post office before 5pm on your rental end date.  You MUST ensure you obtain a receipt as proof of return postage.

Do we delivery on Saturdays ?

Our standard delivery days are Monday – Friday. If the delivery is urgent then we will try our best to deliver to you outside of these days. There is an extra cost for this service.

What if my rental period ends on a Sunday or Public Holiday ?

Don’t stress! Just drop your parcel into your local NZ post office the next working business day and be sure to obtain a receipt as proof of return postage.

When does the rental period start / end ?

Delivery is not considered a part of the rental period. Rental starts the day the item is delivered to your door. You are entitled to keep the item for as many days as it was order.

Can I track my order ?

We ship all of our orders using tracked NZ Courier service. When we dispatch your order for delivery, you will receive a unique tracking number by email or SMS. You can check the status of your shipment on the NZ courier website.

Is there a fee for returning the item late ?

Why am I required to register before completing my booking ?

Registration is quick and easy, it is our security to ensure we know to whom and where our bags are being sent. Please see our T&C’s and Privacy Policy for more detail.

What if I lose or damage the bag ?

If any of these unfortunate things happen, the first thing you should do is contact us immediately.  Please see our T&C’s for detailed information on both these scenarios.

Yes we do, the refund amount decreases the closer the cancellation is made to the rental start date. Please see our T&Cs for more details.
